For projects that have a full service as defined by the Architect’s Appointment (issued by the R.I.B.A) Wakefield Poyser Partnership will develop the following service installations:

• Mechanical
• Electrical

The practice will normally design and provide indicative layouts for the above installations on residential projects. In many modern projects the market dictates the inclusion of other specialist service installations such as:

• Audio visual
• Security
• CCTV

The practice has integrated links to these specialists.

Dependent on the size and scale of project the practice can provide performance specifications with indicative design drawings. This type of service will normally accompany a contract requiring contractor designed service installations.

Larger projects will require fully designed service installations, which are not dealt with in house. The practice has good links with Consulting Engineers for these requirements.
